WEB3GUARANTEE Launches: A Decentralized Custody Trading Platform Reshaping On-Chain Transaction Trust with Smart Contracts

The platform features a standardized four-step transaction process, covering the entire chain from order creation to settlement: both parties jointly confirm the transaction terms and create an order; the buyer’s funds are deposited into the contract escrow; the seller completes delivery, and the buyer confirms receipt or initiates a dispute; after confirmation, the contract automatically releases funds. The entire process is logically clear, allowing ordinary users to quickly get started.

To address the frequent disputes in transactions, WEB3GUARANTEE has established a neutral arbitration mechanism. Regarding risk control, WEB3GUARANTEE introduces a merchant deposit system to penalize merchants who violate regulations, thereby protecting the rights of counterparties. It also sets limits on the number of products that can be listed: sellers without deposits can list a maximum of 5 products, increasing this to 20 after depositing deposits, thus constraining seller behavior and reducing the risk of malicious orders. The auction module also includes complete risk control parameters, such as the maximum auction period, anti-sniping window, and payment time limit thresholds, to prevent malicious operations in auction transactions.

The platform employs a strict fund segregation mechanism. Each transaction’s funds are held in escrow by independent smart contracts. Merchant margin deposits and user transaction funds are completely separated and managed independently. Any fund issues in a single transaction will not affect other transactions or margin accounts, eliminating the risk of collateral damage.
